Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. In case of international orders, the courier cost of sending the item back for repairs or replacement will be borne by the customer.

Please Note:

We ensure every piece is thoroughly checked and packed with care before dispatch. For any concerns regarding the condition of the product, an unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) is required as proof.

Without this video, we will not be able to address any claims related to damage, stains, or defects.
